Home of the Penn Township Volunteer Emergency Services. PTVES is an all Volunteer organization; incorporated in January 2007 from the Friendship Fire Company of Pennville, Parkville Fire Company, Penn Township Ambulance Club, and Penn Township SCUBA 49. Operating along with the Penn Township Department of Fire Rescue, and the Penn Township Emergency Services Board; PTVES provides professional Fire, Rescue, EMS, and Dive services to the citizens of Penn Township and surrounding communities. This website is being developed on a regular basis. Please check back often for the most up to date information. Fatal MVA

Late Sunday morning PTFD crews were called to assist Pleasant Hill Fire Company on an MVA. Initial information was given as a two vehicle accident with entrapment and fire. Station 52 crews arrived on scene to discover one vehicle in two large pieces on fire. Engine 49-1 responded to the landing zone for LifeLion and Rescue 49 assisted on the scene.

Car Fire

Early Sunday morning PTFD crews were dispatched to a Structure Fire with Entrapment. Initial crews were surprised to arrive on scene to find a working car fire. Responders made a quick knock down and no injuries or extension to the house was reported.
