H1N1 Resource Web Page Developed

(York County) – There are many questions concerning the current H1N1 Influenza

Pandemic. York County Office of Emergency Management has developed an H1N1 web

page to assist individuals in finding answers. To visit the web page, go to

WWW.READY-YORK.ORG  and click on the Pandemic icon.

This can also be accomplished by selecting the READY-YORK link on the York County Government

website. On the web-page, individuals will find general H1N1 information that is widely

available. The goal of the YCDES H1N1 web-page is to provide concise information that is

relevant to a majority of people. Visitors will also find important links to the following

organizations: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Pennsylvania Department of

Health, York/Adams Metropolitan Medical Response System (YAMMRS), and the World

Health Organization. Individuals will also find brochures to print out for home or office

settings.  YCOEM would also like to encourage employees who use social media to join our

new Facebook page. In addition to keeping the community updated on OEM activities,

Facebook will also allow us to augment our traditional emergency notification capabilities.

Just go to York County OEM on Facebook to become a fan today.
